Controlling Manager
Opis stanowiska
Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for all controlling activities for multinational Group with HQ in Poland – both corporate and operational controlling,
- Leading month-end closings,
- Supervision over preparation of monthly consolidated reporting,
- Supervision over appropriateness of various monthly reports relating to different business lines of the Group,
- Supervision over analysis of actual results, in comparison to the budget; communication with cost center owners and proposing corrective actions,
- Proposing cost saving initiatives,
- Preparation of annual budget and reforecasts,
- Preparation of presentations for Supervisory Board,
- Preparation of cash flow forecasts and overseeing actual CF,
- Participation in the development of key models for the Group’s business,
- Preparation of ad hoc business analyses, supporting key business decisions,
- Development and implementation of new reports and controlling tools,
- Participation in digitalization initiatives within finance team,
- Review of processes and activities undertaken by the team. Implementation of improvements and efficiencies,
- Reporting directly to Finance Director and cooperation with the entire Management Board,
- Managing a team of 5 employees,
- Close cooperation with other departments and Group companies,
- Increasing financial awareness within the organization.
Wymagania
Our requirements
- Experience as controlling manager – at least 3 years,
- Fluency in both Polish and English, both in speaking and writing. German will be a plus,
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point,
- Interest in digitalisation and efficiency initiatives,
- Understanding consolidation rules and being able to use them in practice,
- Experience in service industry will be a plus,
- Experience in working in capital groups,
- Great organizational and coaching skills to efficiently manage and develop the team,
- Team player with self-motivation and drive,
- Not afraid of hands-on approach,
- Ability to work under time pressure and within short deadlines,
- Developed time-management, tasks prioritization and assertiveness skills,
- High level of self-independence and ability to complete assigned tasks with minimum guidance,
- Highly developed analytical thinking and drawing conclusions skills,
- Ability to build relationships, proactivity and initiative in action,
- Willingness for close cooperation with operations.
